• Secertary Job Profile & Description

    We are currently seeking a qualified Secretary who can perform administrative and office support activities for project teams. Duties may include  answering telephone calls, receiving and distributing documents, and typing correspondence.
    Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

    • • Preparing letters, reports, other documents using word processing and enters these into a spreadsheet database using correct referencing.
      • Good planning and organizational skills and computer literate in MS Office applications.
      • Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties or receives and forwards messages.
      • Reviewing and analyzing incoming letters, submissions and reports to determine their significance and correct distribution.
      • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written at all levels of the business.
      • Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas
      • File and retrieve project documents, records and reports
